Craig M. Reed is the Founding and Managing Principal of MultiFormance Capital. His primary responsibilities include real estate investment strategy, capital formation, and asset management.

Mr. Reed has over 25 years of real estate investment experience. He has had direct involvement in the acquisition, disposition, or development of more than 8 million square feet of commercial space and over 5,000 apartment units, representing over $2.5 billion in gross asset values.

Mr. Reed earned an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Karyn K. Reed is a Principal, Managing Director, and the General Counsel of MultiFormance Capital. Her primary responsibilities include real estate operations, transaction management, risk management, and legal matters.

Ms. Reed has over 25 years of real estate experience as an attorney and an investment principal. In the last few years alone, she has been directly involved in the acquisition, disposition, or development of more than 2 million square feet of commercial property, over 1,600 acres of land, and over 2,100 housing units, representing over $1.6 billion in gross asset values.

Ms. Reed earned a J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. She graduated with a B.A. degree from California State University, Long Beach.

Pawel J. Kalczynski is the Director of Technology and Advanced Analytics at MultiFormance Capital LLC. His primary responsibilities include the implementation of systematic investment analyses, quantitative modeling, data analysis, and systems architecture and technology.

Dr. Kalczynski has 21 years of scholarly research and private-sector experience. He is a computer scientist specializing in sophisticated quantitative solutions, complex computational modeling, and data analysis.

Dr. Kalczynski received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Poznan University of Economics and Business in Poland. He graduated summa cum laude with an M.S. degree in Information Systems from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
